We’ll start collecting data and generating cloud readiness insights for your Data Center right after you connect to it, provided that you completed all the prerequisites.

Cloud readiness insights are available for Jira and Confluence Data Center
インサイト ステータス
After you connect to your Data Center instance, we’ll start collecting the data, and display the results.
ステータス | 説明 |
|---|---|
ペンディング | The data collection hasn’t started. This usually means the connection to your Data Center instance hasn’t been established yet. |
In progress | The data collection is in progress. The initial data collection might take up to a few hours to complete. It’s not updated automatically later on, you’ll need to re-assess. |
最新 | データとインサイトは最新です。 |
エラーあり | データ収集に問題があります。これは通常、前提条件が完全には満たされていないことを意味します。 |
データなし | データは削除されました。 |
生成されたインサイトと推奨事項を表示する
Once the data has been collected, you can view insights and recommendations.
インサイトと推奨事項を表示するには、次の手順に従います。
In the Apps tab of Portfolio insights, select your Data Center instance.
In the right-hand panel, select View product details. You’ll go into the instance view.
For Jira, select the Cloud readiness tab to view your insights. For Confluence, you’ll already see them as there are no additional tabs.
