Connect to instances from your portfolio

Connect to your Data Center instances to add them to your portfolio. When you connect, we can:

Things you should know before you start:

Make sure you've completed prerequisites
[検出されたアプリ] タブからData Center インスタンスに接続するか、メインページで [Data Center接続] を選択して任意のインスタンスに接続できます

To connect to a Data Center instance:

1. Go to admin.atlassian.com, and select your organization.

2. Go to Settings > Portfolio insights.

3. In Portfolio insights, select Connect Data Center.

4. Enter the base URL of your Data Center instance and assign a unique name to the connection.

5. Copy the security key from your cloud site.

6. Select Copy and proceed. You’ll be redirected to your Data Center instance where you can paste the key.

7. Enter the security key in your Data Center instance to complete the connection.

8. Choose your data sharing level:

Share instance metadata (recommended): Enables personalized insights and recommendations with full feature access.
Share limited metadata: Provides basic system insights with limited capabilities

If you’re unable to access your Data Center instance at this moment, you can copy over the key later on:

ステータス	説明
初期化済み	接続は開始されましたが、まだ完了していません。
接続済み	接続は正常に確立されています。
切断	接続は手動で終了されました。
中断	接続はアクティブでしたが、予期せず動作を停止しました。
期限切れ	Connection has expired after 180 days and needs reconnection. When reconnecting, you’ll regenerate the security key.

After connecting a Data Center instance, you can:
