Data permissions
The data that you see on your Atlassian Home dashboards comes from the Atlassian Data Lake and aggregates data across your products. You will need to use dashboard filters to refine the scope of data.
The data presented in these charts do respect object-level permissions, so the data you see may differ from what one of your team members sees. For example, if you create a chart that shows a count of work items by status and share it with a team member, you both may see different counts depending on the permissions of individual work items in your project.
Supported data
We have over 10 metrics across Jira and Atlassian goals. We’re working on releasing more metrics across Jira Service Management and Confluence.
Dashboard filters
We recommend that you first set up a few dashboard-level filters before you create any charts. This will help refine the data that appears on your charts. Try to filter on key projects or work types that you're most interested in.
This will improve performance and help you better understand the charts that you're looking at on the dashboard.
