Create status updates with Rovo

Manage access to AI

To use Rovo for Goals and Projects, you need to have AI enabled for both of these apps respectively.

Enable AI for your apps

1. Go to Settings ⚙️ > User Management > Apps > Platform Experiences > AI Settings > AI Enabled Apps.

2. To add AI access for an app:

   1. On the Apps tab, Select Add apps.

3. To add AI access for an app:

   1. Click Select Apps.

   2. Select one or more apps to which you’d like to add AI (Goals and Projects).

Disable AI for your apps

1. Go to Settings ⚙️ > User Management > Apps > Platform Experiences > AI Settings > AI Enabled Apps.

2. To remove AI access for an app:

   1. On the Apps tab, select Remove next to the app you wish to remove access for.

   2. Optionally, you can provide feedback on why you are removing AI access.

Use Rovo to draft status updates

1. Go to the project you want to write an update for.

2. On the Updates tab, select Draft with Rovo in the update composer, or in the toolbar once the update composer is open.

3. Wait while Rovo drafts an insightful update for you.

4. Review the content and make sure it is accurate. Then, save the update as a draft or publish it.

Use Rovo to shorten a status update

For easier readability, Rovo can shorten your status update while keeping the key details and intent intact.

1. Go to the project or goal you want to write an update for.

2. On the Updates tab, write your update as you normally would.

3. Select the Shorten button in the toolbar of the update composer and wait while Rovo shortens your update.
