Create and manage fields
Fields capture information about focus areas. Focus comes with standard fields, such as Owner, Status, and Target Date, and app admins can create custom fields to track anything else your organization needs.

You can create up to 50 custom fields for focus areas.
カスタム フィールドを作成するには、次のようにします。
Select the Settings icon in the top right corner, then select Focus settings.
From the left navigation, select Fields.
Select the Focus areas tab.

開いたパネルで：
In Label, enter a name for the field. This label appears across your site, so choose a clear name.
In Type, select the type of field. You can't change this once the field is created.
For a Select field, add each choice in Options. To let people pick more than one, select Allow selection of multiple options.
For a User field, select Allow selection of multiple users if people can pick more than one person.
In Description, describe what the field is for. It appears in the Description column on the Fields page and when someone hovers over the field's column header.

Your new custom field is added to every focus area type. You can remove it from a specific type on the Types page.

This table lists the custom field types that Focus supports:

Edit or delete a field
You can edit or delete custom fields. You can also edit the standard fields Priority and T-shirt size.
To edit or delete a field:
Select the Settings icon in the top right corner, then select Focus settings.
From the left navigation, select Fields.
Select the Focus areas tab.
Next to the field, select More actions (•••), then select Edit or Delete.
To edit, update the label or description, then select Save. Changes apply everywhere the field is used. To delete, select Delete in the confirmation.
Deleting a custom field also deletes all the data entered in it, on every focus area.
Hide a standard field
You can hide the Status and Health fields. Hiding a field removes it from every focus area type that uses it.

From the left navigation, select Fields.
Select the Focus areas tab.
Next to Status or Health, select More actions (•••), then select Hide.
In the confirmation, select Hide field.
To unhide a field, select More actions (•••) next to it, then select Unhide. Then add it back to the types that need it.
To change which statuses people can choose, use the Statuses page instead.
