Set up labor rates in Talent

You can set up labor rates in Talent to track and manage estimated labor costs. You can view breakdowns of labor costs by focus area, in both Talent and the Focus app. This helps your organization understand labor costs by company priorities and supports better resource allocation decisions.

To view labor rates by focus area, you must have both Focus and Talent, and have created focus areas and imported positions.
