Generate optimization insights for Data Center
We'll start collecting data and generating optimization insights for your Jira Data Center right after you connect to it, provided that you've completed all the prerequisites.
Before you begin
Before you get started:
Make sure you've completed the prerequisites for Jira Data Center optimization.
Detailed optimization insights are available only for Jira Data Center.
Insight status
After you connect to a product, we'll start collecting data and display the status.
Status | Description |
|---|---|
Not started | The data collection hasn't started, which usually means the connection isn't complete. |
In progress | The data collection is in progress. The initial data collection takes around 24 hours. |
Up to date | The data and insights are up to date. The optimization insights refresh every 24 hours at UTC+3. |
Has errors | There are problems with collecting the data. This could be due to

No data | The data has been deleted. |
View generated insights and recommendations
Once the data has been collected, you can view insights and recommendations for your Jira Data Center instance.
To view insights and recommendations:
In the Apps tab of Portfolio insights, select View insights next to your product.
You'll land on the Optimization tab where you can review your instance's insights and recommendations.
