Create issues

Select + Create* within a column on your board.

*Can’t see + Create? You may need to create a sprint first via your Backlog. See Create a sprint.

Rearrange issues

  • Long-press an issue to drag-and-drop it elsewhere. Move issues between columns as work is completed or updated.

Manage columns in team-managed projects*

To move or delete a column, or set a column limit:

  • Select a column’s (more) icon to view and select column options.

To rename a column:

  • Select the column’s name and type a new name
    OR

  • Select a column’s (more) icon.

To add a column:

  • Select the board’s (more) icon and select Add column
    OR

  • Swipe across columns until you reach Add column beside the furthest column on the board.

*Columns in company-managed projects can be managed via Jira Cloud for web.

Complete a sprint

  • Select the board’s (more) icon

  • Select Complete sprint.

Show cover images on issues in team-managed projects*

  • Select the board’s(more) icon

  • Select Show cover images.

*Cover images in company-managed projects can be shown or hidden via Jira Cloud for web.

Search for issues

  • Select the board’s (filter) icon

  • Select filters, or type directly into the search bar.

Remove active filters

To clear active filters from the board and make all of the board’s issues visible:

  • Select the board’s (filter) icon

  • Swipe across the row of quick filters, until you reach Clear filters

  • Select Clear filters.
