Download your backup

Backup and restore is available through an early access program (EAP) to a limited number of customers.

If you're interested in learning about the future backup and restore releases, reach out to your account representative.

You can download backups locally for Jira and Confluence, as long as the file is under 50GB including attachments.

When you run a backup, we save a copy of your Jira or Confluence product data in Atlassian storage for 14 days. Download your backup locally within this time. In case your data is lost, corrupted, or inaccessible, you can use the downloaded file to restore your product data within 60 days of backup.
