End of sales and support for Opsgenie

Atlassian ended new sales of Opsgenie on June 4, 2025, and will end support on April 5, 2027. Move to Jira Service Management or Compass to continue using incident response features, now with enhanced capabilities. Read the full announcement

View who is on call on a BlackBerry Dynamics

You can investigate all schedules and active rotations at the moment within Who Is On Call page. By tapping "My schedules" (shown left) and "All schedules" (shown right) you can see the list of schedules, respectively, as well as the current on-call user, escalations, and schedules if designated.

If you tap actions button which is on the right side of any schedules, you can take on-call of that schedule for one hour or one day.
