How to Use Text Formatting in the Jira Service Management Customer Portal

In Jira Service Management projects, some of the Customer Portal text containers can be customized using Text Formatting Notation. Below you can find where each notation can be used:

Attachments are not supported on any of the link options above.

Solution

Keep formatting notation concise, adding too much text formatting notation may cause some information to be missing from a text container.

Title fields do not apply Text Formatting Notation, Portal Login and Announcement Message titles, Service Project information names, Display names, and Request Type names appear as plain text.
