Get instant AI help while working in Customer Service Management

Support Companion is an AI-powered Rovo agent built into Customer Service Management. It’s enabled as soon as a Jira admin creates a Customer Service Management space, and is designed to help support teams resolve work items faster and more confidently.

With Support Companion, you can:

  • get instant access to relevant knowledge and similar resolved cases, reducing time to resolution

  • generate updates that you can review before sending to customers (Support Companion will never post on your behalf)

  • summarize work item progress for status updates and faster handoff to other team members.

Use Support Companion in Customer Service Management

  1. Select a work item in Customer Service Management.

  2. Select Ask Rovo in the top right corner.

  3. Select the Rovo drop down at the top of the chat panel.

  4. Search for and select Support Companion.

  5. Ask Support Companion for help. For example:

    • “Help me with this support request.”

    • “Draft a customer-ready update for this work item.”

    • “Summarize this work item’s comments and description.”

    • “Show similar resolved work items and tell me how they were fixed.”
