Apply branding to your channels

Branding helps you create a consistent and recognizable experience for your customers across all of your support channels. You can customize the look and feel of your customer experiences by adding branding elements such as your logo, icon, tile, and color.

Where branding is applied

Branding set at the customer experience level applies to your support website and chat widget. You can override these settings for the support website if you want it to look different. Changes made at the support website level only affect that channel.

Customizable branding elements

You can update the following branding elements:

  • Logo: The main image representing your brand, shown in the header on your support website and the home screen of your chat widget.

  • Icon: A smaller image or symbol used in places like browser tabs and on your chat widget.

  • Color: The primary color used for buttons, highlights, and other interface elements.

Add your branding

To add branding for your customer experience:

  1. In your customer experience, select Branding from the sidebar.

  2. Update your logo, icon, tile, and color as needed.

To override branding for the support website only, update the theme in the support website editor. Find out how to customize your support website.
