Top Usage Columns

Column Name

Description

top_ai_feature

The AI feature used most frequently by this user (e.g., Chat, Agents, Smart Answers).

top_ai_feature_interactions

Total number of interactions the user had with their top AI feature (listed above).

top_agent_id

The specific Agent ID used most frequently by this user.

top_agent_interactions

Total number of interactions the user had with their top Agent (listed above).

Interaction Breakdown Columns

Column Name

Description

chat_interactions

Total interactions the user had with Rovo Chat.

agent_user_interactions

Total interactions the user had with any Agent (user-initiated).

smart_answer_interactions

Total interactions the user had with Smart Answers.

agent_automation_interactions

Total interactions triggered by Agents used in Automation rules (not user-initiated).
