Incidents are listed in order of newest to latest and while you are scrolling down, incidents continue being fetched in the correct order. The Incident list page provides summarized info on displayed incidents and you are able to perform actions on incidents. Navigate to the Incident List page using the side menu or tapping Incidents on the dashboard.
Change the filter to display incidents by sliding the top bar of filters to the desired selection. When the filter is applied, the list of incidents according to the selected filter is displayed immediately. Tap a listed incident to open the details page of the selected incident.
Incidents are listed by displaying their message, status, creation time, priority, and incident tiny id. Furthermore, slide a desired incident to the left to Resolve or select More to execute other actions.
