Working day calculation while starting Sprint in Jira Cloud

How is the working day calculated while starting any Sprint?
Jira automatically calculates the working day based on the Working day configuration. The date and time used in the Sprint start popup windows are converted into an Epoc date while calculating the working days.
Examples for the workday calculation (considering 15-Aug as a non-working day)
The end date and time are still on Friday. So working days would be 8 days. First week = 4 and next week =4 days respectively
The 2 week sprint option will automatically pick the perfectly calculated date and time with 24h calculations. The first week =4 while the next week = 5 days including Friday
