Sorry, something went wrong error is received when trying to create a new Team on the site.

Summary
None of the users can create a new Team on the site and are receiving the error below when trying to do so.

All the Jira Cloud sites.
Diagnosis
The below error is observed in Browser Network logs.

Verify the Any domain setting under User access settings in the Organization. If all the products in the organization are open(Admin approval not required for Any domain setting), it's considered that none of the users have access to the organization.
Thus none of the users on the site will be allowed to create Teams in the site.

Solution
Ensure that the users have access to at least onenon-openproduct in the Organization.
To achieve this, update the Any domain setting under User access settings in the Organization and ensure that the Admin Approval checkbox is checked.
