403 error upon viewing Jira Charts in Confluence

Summary
Upon trying to edit with Jira gadgets (I.E. Time Since Chart, Average Age Chart, Sprint Health gadget), the following error will be displayed:

To improve the message, after confirming the user in question, I have created the following suggestion:
Diagnosis
Have a user with application access to Confluence-only.
Have an external Jira instance connected to Confluence via Application Links
Cause
This issue will be triggered if the user has only product access to Confluence, making the authorization fail when trying to retrieve information from gadgets. There is an existing suggestion to improve this message:
Solution
As a site admin, grant the user with product access to Jira by accessing the User management of the application and toggling the Jira option for the profile.
