How to export inactive users for managed accounts in Bitbucket Cloud?

Summary

For Managed accounts, the organization admin can get the inactive users of Bitbucket Cloud. 

Solution

When the organization admin deactivates the users' Atlassian accounts, they are considered "Inactive." These accounts cannot log in to Bitbucket Cloud and will not be counted towards plan/billing. The inactive users can be verified by navigating to Workspace Settings > User directory > Export button. In the exported list, any Inactivated user will have the (INACTIVE) word appended to their name.
