SourceTree does not start due to an incompatible version of Mac OS X

Platform Notice: Data Center Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Data Center platform.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Environment

  • The operating system hosting SourceTree is a version of Mac OS X earlier than 10.6 - Snow Leopard

Cause

SourceTree requires a Mac OS X version newer than 10.6 - Snow Leopard.
