Platform Notice: Cloud Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the cloud platform.
Summary
Learn how to join the Rovo waitlist to request early access to Rovo features for your Atlassian Cloud site. This guide covers the signup process and what to expect after submitting your request.
Solution
Rovo is Atlassian's AI Agent, and early access is available by joining a waitlist. Manual activation is not possible until Rovo is enabled for your organization. Follow these steps to request early access:
Prerequisites
You must be an Atlassian administrator for your organization.
Rovo is available for early access to Premium and Enterprise customers with AI-enabled products.
Steps to join the Rovo waitlist
Go to the Rovo waitlist form.
Complete and submit the form.
Wait for notification from Atlassian.
After submitting the form, your organization will be added to the waitlist.
Atlassian will notify you when Rovo is enabled for your organization. Manual activation is not possible before this notification.
What happens next?
Once Rovo is enabled for your organization, you will receive instructions from Atlassian.
After enablement, you can proceed to activate Rovo features on your site. For detailed steps, see Activate or deactivate Rovo on your site.
Important considerations
Changing your Jira or Confluence release track (e.g., from 'Bundled' to 'Continuous') does not affect your position on the Rovo waitlist or the timing of Rovo enablement.
Activating the Rovo Dev Agent does not impact future Rovo rollouts.
The Rovo trial ended on April 14, 2024. General rollout for eligible customers is scheduled between April 14, 2025, and July 2025.
You can't manually activate Rovo before it is enabled for your organization.
For more information about Rovo activation, see the official documentation.
