Summary

Check what to do when your migration fails with the error "Screen Scheme <name> has no screen configured for the default issue operation. [JCMA 119]".

Overview

Migrating a project from on-premise to the cloud using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA) fails with the error code [JCMA 119], indicating there is a default issue operation missing the association with a screen.

This association is mandatory to avoid dependency issues when importing the data to the cloud.

Solution

Within the screen scheme, you can associate each issue operation (create, view, edit) with a single screen. The default option will be used for any issue operations without an associated screen.

  1. Select Issues.

  2. Navigate to Screens >Screen schemes.

  3. Select Configure next to the relevant screen scheme.

  4. Select Associate an issue operation with a screen.

  5. Select the issue operation (e.g. create, edit, view) and the desired screen.

  6. Select Add.
