Solution

Recovering Interrupted or Failed Uploads

  1. Use the [Loom Recovery Page] (https://www.loom.com/recover-videos

  2. Restart the Loom Desktop app.

  3. If the video still fails to upload after you restart your app, check your local storage for any unsaved video parts.

  1. If parts are found, reach out to Support and send the missing parts. In some cases, they can manually repair the recording.
