You must specify a unique project key when importing from pivotal tracker

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
The following appears in the UI when trying to import into a new project from pivotal tracker:

'You must specify a unique project key'Cause
The project key when entered in lowercase (although it displays in uppercase) is not automatically converted to uppercase so is rejected (without telling the user the specific reason!)
Workaround
Make sure to enter uppercase
Resolution
Enter upper case
