When creating new issue project selection is getting reset on slack

Summary

Project name selection is getting reset on slack without any error message. When you try to create new issue from slack and selecting the project name gets refreshed.

Cause

This issue is noticed when the project is Team managed project and project access settings is configured with "private" access.

Solution

* Edit Team managed project Settings >> Access

* Add the user account to required role on the project access
