Version Workload Report is Empty

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms
The Version Workload Report is empty, even though there are issues for which the fix version is set correctly.
Cause
There are two causes:
All issues have a Resolution.
The Resolution field is hidden in the project's field configuration.
Resolution
Browse to
Administration >> Projects >> select the project >> select the Field Configuration Scheme.Make sure the Resolution field is not hidden. If it is, show it, and perform a reindex.
