Unable to Access 'Manage App' or 'Explore App' Sections in Jira Cloud

Summary

Some users can't see the "Manage app" or "Explore app" sections in Jira, and apps may be missing from "Your App."

Diagnosis

Ensure whether the users in question hold "Product admin" permission on the "Jira administration" product.

Cause

You need admin permissions to access "Manage App" or "Explore App." Non-admins can't see newly installed apps in "Your App."

Solution

Product admins can view installed apps in "Your app." Non-admins without prior app access can't see "manage app" or the installed app.

To grant "manage app" access, temporarily provide the access, then remove it once the user has viewed the app.
