Unable to edit/delete "All users from G Suite" group in Atlassian Cloud

Summary
Disconnecting the Google Workspace identity provider (IdP) will automatically create All users from G Suite group for Atlassian provisioning.
Conflict
If your organization disconnects the Google Workspace IdP, this action should make All users from the G Suite group editable and deletable from the Groups page. However, there are some unexpected situations where the group remains locked for editing, and certain buttons on the org remain grayed out. The admin UI will be grayed out as if the group were still synced via provisioning.
This is being tracked via bug ACCESS-1401.
Solution
Since our internal system automatically creates this group, you can't perform code modifications or API maintenance. Please get in touch with Atlassian support at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/.
