Unable to create retrospective page from the Board view or Backlog view in team-managed project.

Summary

When the user tried to close a sprint and add it to confluence, then we got an error message "unable to create retrospective page".

Environment

Jira Cloud/ Confluence Cloud

Cause

This is due the user is not having permission to create/ add page on the Confluence Space.

Solution

Go to Settings>> then click on the Space Permissions.

Click on the specfic Space Permission >> Then click on Manage Permission operation.

Then check for the user to have permission for Add on the Pages, whiteboards, databases, and Smart Links.
