Unable to create Company Managed Projects for ITSM Templates

Summary
When creating a new service project, only the team-managed project type is available. On the Create project screen, there is no option to change the project type to "Company-managed".
Solution
Enable company-managed projects in JSM
To enable company-managed service templates, access an existing team-managed service project:
Go to Service project settings > Advanced
Under Company-managed service project, choose Give feedback and provide your feedback (any value can be added)
Once done, you will either be redirected to the Company-managed project creation, or you will see the option Create new project
Select Create new project and you will be redirected to the Company-managed project creation
Doing this once should enable all company-managed templates for service management projects.
