Toolchain does not show bitbucket cloud repositories

After successfully integrating Bitbucket cloud with Jira some users are unable to view/add repositories under the toolchain section"Unable to retrieve content. Check that your tools are configured and you have the right access"
Environment

Cause
The toolchain section uses the account that has currently logged into Jira with Bitbucket, If the account emails are different on Jira and Bitbucket then if the user doesn't have access to the Bitbucket workspace, we propagate the user permissions of the Jira account when validating the Bitbucket workspace access
Solution
Add the Jira user as a collaborator or a member on the Bitbucket workspace and then try the request again.
