Timesheet Plugin Doesn't Display Worked Hours After Daylight Saving Time started

Symptoms

Daylight Saving Time started on October 21st in some countries and after that, the Timesheet Report doesn't display hours worked after this date.

Workaround

Re-install Timesheet plugin on the instance. Raise a ticket at http://support.atlassian.com, linking this article, requesting an Atlassian engineer to re-install the plugin.
