Summary
When accessing the Description field, the following error message appears:

This field is configured to use the "atlassian-wiki-renderer" which is not currently available, using "Default Text Renderer" instead.
Cause
The "atlassian-wiki-renderer" module, from the Jira system plugin, Renderer Plugin is disabled.
Solution
Enable the "atlassian-wiki-renderer" module manually:
Select Administration
> Manage apps.
Manage apps > Select All apps.
Find the Renderer Plugin and expand for details.
Enable the Wiki Style Renderer (atlassian-wiki-renderer) module.
