The option to delete card is not available on Board for user

Summary
The option to delete the card/work item(issue) on the Board is not available despite having the appropriate permissions to perform deletions.

Diagnosis
After clicking on the three dots of a card on the Kanban Board, the delete button does not appear. However, if the same work item is opened in a separate window, the delete button is visible.
Cause
If the board filter query includes several projects, and the user lacks the permission to delete issues in one of those projects, they will not see the delete option on the board. The system checks permissions across all projects included in the Board filter, rather than considering the specific project.

Solution
If multiple projects are present in the Board filter, the user must have the delete issue permission in all projects to see the delete option.
