In Jira Cloud, a subtask is a part of its parent work item, not a separate work item.
The Team Field appears in subtasks only if set in the parent work item
If a work item is assigned to a team, its subtasks are also part of that team.
To add a team to a subtask, assign the parent work item to that team.
