Support Tools Plugin shows Blank Page

Problem
JIRA Support Tools will not able to load besides the tabs.

Diagnosis
Navigate to JIRA Manage Add-ons page and check if the plugin below is installed:
Cause
If the plugin is installed in the instance, disabling the plugin will resolve the issue.
