Some Jira administrative pages return blank

Diagnosis
Jira instance with the Microsoft Azure Active Directory single add-on installed.
We will see the following error on the browser console when accessing the affected pages.

Uncaught ReferenceError: getQueryVariable is not definedThe error disappears when disabling the Microsoft Azure Active Directory single add-on.
Cause
The error is related to the Microsoft Azure Active Directory single add-on, probably due to an incompatible version with the current Jira version.
Solution
Update the Microsoft Azure Active Directory single add-on to a compatible version.
