Scrollbar is missing at Kanban/Scrum board configuration page and unable to scroll down the page

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Problem
Accessing Kanban/Scrum board configuration page, there is no vertical scroll bar on the browser. Additionally, it's unable to scroll down the page to view the contents.
Cause
For now, these are the plugins that known to cause this issue:
Resolution
The resolution will depend on which add-on is causing the issue.
If you confirmed that the add-on Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira was causing the issue, then you can upgrade it to the version 6.2.6 which has the fix (or any higher version)
If you confirmed that the add-on Time to SLA was causing the issue, then you can upgrade it to the version 8.5.0 which has the fix (or any higher version)
If you confirmed that the add-on Enterprise Mail Handler for Jira (JEMH) was causing the issue, then you can upgrade it to the version 3.0.12 which has the fix (or any higher version)
For any other add-on:
Try to upgrade the add-on to its latest version, since it is possible that it already contains a fix
If upgrading the add-on does not help, then disable it and get in touch with the plugin vendor via their support portal/channel
