The remaining time is not accurately displayed on the workload by assignee page.

Diagnosis
The page displaying the workload by assignee indicates that the remaining time for subtasks is 0. However, upon reviewing the issue, it is evident that the subtasks associated with that issue do have the remaining time specified.
Furthermore, the option to include subtasks was enabled.
Cause
The problem was specific to a particular account, as it was caused by a user applying a filter to remove subtask information.
Solution
Removing the filter from the backlog section has successfully resolved the issue.
