Problem

After Integrating JIRA with Fisheye/Crucible, errors such as the following are displayed in JIRA issue view

1 2 This list of reviews may be incomplete, as errors occurred retrieving data from the following repositories: Request to http://address.com:8060/ failed: Error in remote call to 'jira' (http://address.com:8060) [AbstractRestCommand{path='rest-service/search-v1/reviews', params={maxReturn=50, term=issue-123}, methodType=GET}] : Received status code 404 (Crucible is not enabled)

Cause

Crucible integration is enabled in JIRA, although Crucible has not been activated with a license on the Fisheye/Crucible server.

Resolution

Disable Crucible Integration in JIRA

  • Login to JIRA as Administrator

  • Navigate through Administration Menu > Addons > and select Fisheye Configuration from the left sidebar

  • On the Fisheye Configuration page, look under the Fisheye/Crucible entity mappings section and select 'Fisheye Integration' only from the options, so as to disable Crucible.
