Cause

The window in which Jira is accessed is where the user logs in with their personal ID, and this login information is saved on the browser.

Solution

  1. Access an incognito window.

  2. Sign in to your Jira instance within the same incognito window.

  3. Initiate the reauthorization procedure after logging in. Upon redirection to the Microsoft window, utilize your work account credentials to sign in to Microsoft and finalize the process.

  4. Subsequently, confirm that the accurate email ID is configured on the Jira instance for the mail server.
