Project Info Panel Does not Display

Platform Notice: Data Center Only - This article only applies to Atlassian products on the Data Center platform.

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms

1 2 JIRA displays following message "Note: The 'Project Information' panel is not available. "

Resolution

  1. Verify that Project Panels Plugin is not disabled.

  2. Ensure that both 'Components' and 'Fix For Versions' are not hidden in ANY associated field layout scheme.
