Only private option available while sharing viewer permission for Dashboards and Filters

Summary

While sharing viewing permission for Dashboards or Filters, except private option, other options - project, group,my organization, and user are not available.

Cause

The user who is initiating the share operation doesn't have the correct permissions

Solution

The user should be added under Share dashboard and filter permission under Settings -> System -> Global Permissions -> Share dashboard and filter permission post which other options will be available under dropdown.
