Cause

There is no outward transition to a particular status

Solution

If you would like to transition the issue type from a particular status to any other status, please consider creating an outward transition to it. Below are the steps:

1. Navigate to project settings → Workflows.

2. Edit workflows.

3. Click on Add transition and choose that particular status, and under To, choose the next status.

4. Provide a name for the transition.

5. Publish the workflow.
