Members were not added to the slack channel via automation in Jira Service Management

Summary

In some situations, channel members do not add to the Slack channel upon creating a channel through automation in the Jira cloud.

Cause

Due to some mapping issues between Jira and Slack, channel members are not adding to the slack channel.

Solution

1. Type "/connect" in one of the created slack channel

2. Follow the steps shown to sign in.

Once this is done, the user should be added to the Slack channel and then the user will be automatically added to the new channels created through the automation rule.
