JIRA Agile Upgrade Hangs During Upgrading shared contexts of project

JIRA Agile appears to hang during upgrade.

JIRA Agile is being upgraded to version 6.1.4.x or higher.
Cause
This is a slow upgrade task (it took 20 minutes to complete on jira.atlassian.com).
Solution
Resolution
As this is a slow upgrade task, prepare a maintenance window during which JIRA Agile will be inaccessible (1 hour at absolute most). If it's taking longer than that, please let us know by raising an issue at support.atlassian.com.
