JIRA Agile error - Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getEffectiveIssueId' of undefined

Problem
While dragging Issue in the sprint of the Jira Agile board , the following error appears:

Exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getEffectiveIssueId' of undefined
Cause
Caused by a third-party plugin.
Resolution
Try to find out the third party plugin that causing the issue by enabling Safe Mode .Then disable the third party plugin that causing the issue.
