Environment
Windows 10 Anniversary Update - Windows 10 Version 1607 (build 10.0.14393)
Extensions being used - in particular, LastPass
Scenario 2
Environment
Zephyr for JIRA plugin is being used.
Cause
Scenario 1
The Windows 10 Anniversary Update released the ability to use extensions with Microsoft Edge, which has caused some issues with JIRA. Specifically, there have been several cases where the LastPass extension has caused the errors listed above.
Scenario 2
As of now, Microsoft Edge does not support Data Channels and it's currently under consideration.
Resolution
Scenario 1
Disable all extensions in Edge.
Test to ensure that you can access the Agile features.
Enable your extensions one by one to isolate the one that is causing the problem (historically this has been LastPass).
Scenario 2
User a different supported browser.
OR
Disable Zephyr for JIRA plugin and get in touch with the plugin vendor.
