Indexer Service not running

Symptoms

After installing a plugin successfully, the plugin indexes service does not run.

The following appears in the atlassian-jira.log:

Cause

There's another plugin crashing and causing the QuartzWorker to stop running further services.

On the log above, the plugin causing the problem is the Git plugin

Resolution

  • To solve this, simply disable the plugin causing the problem
