Inconsistent Version Release Date in the Project Road Map

Symptoms

Specifying a release date of a project, upon viewing the versions in the Project Road Map, the date displayed will not be consistent with the date specified when creating the version.

Cause

The release date is following the server timezone setting, instead of the user timezone configured in the UI. This is tracked under JRASERVER-26448 - Inconsistent Version Release Date in the Project Road Map.

Resolution

Modify the timezone, as per our Set the timezone for the Java environment for Jira Data Center KB article.
